How do I schedule an appointment?
It is best to reach out via email to schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation which gives you and I a time to connect, go over logistics, and determine if we want to move forward with scheduling.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance, and only take private pay at this time. You can pay by cash, card, or HSA. Sometimes clients are able to submit their own receipts to their insurance to attempt for reimbursement, however, I do not bill insurance directly. I do offer some reduced fee options down to $75 for those with a financial need for a lower rate. We can discuss this in a phone consultation as well.
How long does counseling last?
Appointments are 50 minutes in length and the duration of the entire counseling process varies depending on client goals and needs. I commonly recommend beginning with weekly sessions and then if desired, frequency can be reduced, until clients are ready to discharge from services. Counseling can be beneficial throughout life and through various seasons, so there is not one prescribed way it needs to go.
